When your loss limit is hit, 55pk will automatically pause further gambling activity until your limit window refreshes. Like deposit limits, reductions apply immediately while increases require a cooling-off period.
Available in Account SettingsSet a session duration after which you receive an on-screen notification. These reminders prompt you to review your activity, take a break, or end the session. They are a simple but effective way to stay aware of time spent on the platform without it creeping beyond your comfort zone.
Available in Account SettingsAt intervals you define, 55pk will display a summary of your current session — how long you have been playing, your net wins or losses in PKR for the session, and a prompt to either continue or close the session. Reality checks bring you back to the facts of your actual activity.
Available in Account SettingsIf you want a short break from gambling without fully closing your account, a cooling-off period temporarily suspends your ability to place bets or access casino games. Periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days are typically available. During a cool-off, your account remains accessible for non-gambling functions only.
Via Account Settings or SupportSelf-exclusion permanently or temporarily closes your account and blocks access to all gambling Services. Exclusions can be set for a minimum period (such as 6 months) or indefinitely. Once activated, self-exclusions cannot be reversed during the chosen period — this is intentional and is designed to protect you. Contact support immediately if you need to activate this tool.

Self-exclusion is the most decisive step you can take if gambling has become a problem or you feel you need a complete break from the platform. The process is straightforward and takes effect immediately on confirmation.
Access your account through the Platform on any device — mobile or desktop. You do not need to call or email to initiate self-exclusion, though support can also action it on your behalf.
Navigate to your account settings and select the Responsible Gambling or Player Protection section. All limit and exclusion tools are grouped here for easy access.
Choose whether you want a time-limited exclusion (e.g., 6 months, 1 year) or an indefinite permanent exclusion. Both options fully block access to all gambling functions.
You will be asked to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, the exclusion is applied immediately. Any pending bets will be settled according to standard rules; any real-money balance may be requested for withdrawal before exclusion takes full effect.
